Welcome to the Girls Surge Acceptance Registration for 2023-24

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information and submit a non-refundable payment for your program spot. 

Please read each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

FOLLOWING GIRLS FORZA ACCEPTANCE AND NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $700:

In July 2023 you will be receiving an invoice from Energy Sports Complex containing the remainder of your club dues.  You will have the option to pay in full or enter an automated payment plan.
